Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Smile To Win Fridays (run by SmilezKickz), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to provide a real photo of yourself. One account per person — duplicate or fake accounts may be removed without notice.

3. The giveaway

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Entries close and the weekly winner is determined every Friday at 8pm; whoever has the most wins at that point takes that week's drop.
• Wins can be earned through community votes (battles), live weekly games run by the brand, and other in-app actions we award points for.
• We reserve the right to disqualify an entry that doesn't follow the photo rules (a clear, live photo of your face and your shoe — no screenshots or gallery uploads), or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, bot-driven, or abusive.
• Winners will be contacted via the email or handle on their account. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless we say otherwise.
• Winners are selected as described above — no separate draw-rules document, this section is the full draw rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and messages you post, but you grant SmilezKickz a license to display them within the app (profiles, leaderboard, voting) and, for entry photos specifically, to feature them in SmilezKickz marketing (social posts, ads) unless you tell us not to.

5. Community conduct

SmilezKickz has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior of any kind.

Don't use Smile To Win Fridays to:

• Harass, threaten, or send unwanted sexual content to other members.
• Post a photo that isn't genuinely you, or that doesn't show your face and a shoe as required.
• Impersonate someone else, or misrepresent your age.
• Spam, scam, or attempt to manipulate votes, wins, or games (bots, vote farms, fake accounts).

Use the Block and Report tools on any profile or photo to protect yourself and flag rule-breaking. Reported content is reviewed and, where it breaks these rules, removed — and the account responsible is warned, restricted, or removed — within 24 hours of the report.

6. Account suspension

We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, including disqualifying it from that week's (or a future) giveaway. You can delete your own account at any time from the app (Menu → Danger Zone) — see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does and doesn't remove.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is." We do our best to keep voting, points, and the leaderboard accurate, but we're not liable for downtime, bugs, or lost entries beyond what's required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
